CONFERENCE ROOM BOOKING
1) Create your free account
Go to: https://members.koicreativespace.com/register and sign up for a free account.
if you already have an account, simply log in using your credentials
2) VISIT THE RESERVATIONS PAGE
After you log in, tap Reservations:
https://members.koicreativespace.com/calendar
3) REVIEW THE AVAILABILITY CALENDAR AND BOOK
Review the calendar to ensure your desired day/time is available. If so, choose BOOK NOW:
https://members.koicreativespace.com/calendar/all/book
You will be prompted to pay for your booking, or add a payment method if you have not already done so.
4) Grab your digital door key
Your booking includes a digital door key that is made available 15 minutes before your booking start time, and remains active until 15 minutes after it is completed.
To access, click the user icon in the top-right corner and choose My Keys.
5) Come in and get set up
When it is time to use the conference room, enter the space using your digital door key, head to the conference room and get comfortable.
WiFi details are posted on printed tabletop signs.
