Can I stop in or should i make an appointment? Can I take a tour?
Of course! Tours should be scheduled in advance. This ensures our availability and helps our team focus on helping you choose the right level and understand what KOI Creative Space has to offer. Give us a call at (914) 288-5850 or schedule a tour! If you happen to be in the area, feel free to ring the bell and if one of our team members is available, we’ll have them show you around.
Is there Parking?
There are three major White Plains Municipal Parking Lots only seconds from our door. We recommend parking in the Lyon Place Garage as it has the most direct access to KOI and also offers Permit Parking. Permit Parking is a convenient option that saves you money; you may purchase most permits on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis (some restrictions apply) at a considerable discount from the published meter rates. Permits can be obtained for either parking structures or surface lots. Permit customers park in specifically designated spaces and are always guaranteed a parking space. In certain locations, permits are restricted to City of White Plains residents only. For more information Click Here.
How does billing work?
If you are a Full or Part-time member we will charge your credit card once a month, on the anniversary of the day that you first got your membership. You can start your membership cycle on any day of the month.
If you are a Daily member, you will be charged at midnight on the days that you have checked into. All of the charges that you have incurred during the day (check in, conference rooms, printing) will be made at that point.
If you have any questions about billing, please talk to us! You can ask your Space Manager, call us, or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to make a reservation before I come in?
If you’re planning on working out in the open space, there is no need to make a reservation. Come in any time during our business hours and pick your seat! If you plan on using a conference room, make sure to make a reservation through our members site.
What are the building hours? When are you open?
KOI Creative Space is accessible by your Digital Key via your smartphone between the hours of 8-6 Monday through Friday. Most days staff are onsite between 9 AM – 4 PM Monday through Friday. If you have a singular project that needs your full (and late) attention, we will try to accommodate; don’t hesitate to ask. Do your part and be in the know about when it’s time to pack up for the day. Space hosts shouldn’t have to remind you, and they definitely shouldn’t feel like they have to kick you out.
Can guests visit me?
We’d love to host your guests! Just make sure you register them in our easy online system. They'll receive a one-time-use digital pass and you’ll receive a text message, email and/or Slack message when your guest arrives. Each member (no matter the level) gets 2 cumulative guests hours each day. We ask that you try to meet with your guest in the common area so that we can make sure there are enough seats for our members. Once those 2 hours/day are used up, we will charge you $40 for each additional guest over your allotted 2 hours.
I'm ready to sign up! What are my payment options?
You may pay directly online by auto withdrawal or credit card. Cash is also okay in our book! When do I have to let management know I'm moving out?
Does KOI charge late fees?
We charge a late fee of 10% of the outstanding invoices for payments we haven't received by the 10th of the month.
Is it okay if I use my cell phone?
This is your office, so make calls as needed. But please remember, it’s also your neighbors work space. Note the designated phone booths--you’re more than welcome to use them. We ask that if you plan on taking a phone call for over 5 minute, you use the cafe, a pod, or a phone booth.
My membership is inactive. How can I reactivate it?
We’d be happy to have you back! Please contact us to get started.
Do you offer mailing addresses for members?

New York, NY 10601
What do I do if I want to leave the space for lunch, but don’t want to lose my seat?

Are you pet friendly?
We love furry friends just as much as you do, but unfortunately pets are not allowed
How do I change my billing information?
Simply go to ****** and you'll be able to update all billing information for your account.
Do I need to be very quiet?
Whispering not necessary; show respect and discretion but this is not a library.Whenever possible, figure things out on your own before you disturb people with questions (the WiFi password is posted but feet away). Avoid loud humming/singing/tapping/whistling, use earbuds for music, and listen to voicemails by receiver (not speakerphone). Just because you hear a conversation doesn’t mean you may join.
What are the kitchen rules?
The kitchen is sacred—don’t mess it up. Eat smelly foods in the kitchen area and go light on the perfume or cologne; when smells compete nobody wins. If you spill, clean it up. Just because the liquid has departed your cup doesn’t stop it from being your responsibility.
