Kick your weekend off the yoga way - Join Instructor Diana Cusumano as she leads us through a sunny, relaxed hour of open level vinyasa (yoga 101 for those that don't speak the lingo) here @ KOI. NOTE: there is a limited supply of extra mats, so please bring your own if you have one!
PART TWO | 11-12:00 | HYBRID HEALING
Jessica Fumasoli of Create Quan Yin will be teaching the basics of ‘Hybrid Healing’ - a collection of healing practices drawn from both eastern and western philosophies. We will focus on using our own bodies and minds to heal our emotional, physical and mental state through dynamic movements and strategic intentions study.
